This workshop is a full spectrum of Ruthy Alon's programs with a focus on Solutions for Optimal Mobility and will include Walk for Life, walking with poles. The poles not only help you to maintain equilibrium, but also to redistribute effort, reviving your arms’ primal function and helping to restore flexibility to your upper spine; as a bonus, you burn more calories. Lessons from the Feldenkrais Method® will also be incorporated.
This workshop can help you become self-reliant in a changing world, assisting you to recover your physical integrity, restore your emotional dignity and thrive in the complexity of daily life.
